Ace Proxies Refund Policy

If you are having technical difficulties please email our support team at support@aceproxies.com before claiming a refund as they will be happy to solve any problems. 99% of the problems can be solved without the need for refund.

Refund Conditions

We only offer refunds for technical issues with our proxies. We do not refund any order for the inability to use proxies on a specific program or service. We do not offer any refunds for the "1 day" plans. Our services can also be tested before purchase in order to avoid potential incompatibilities. For refund please open a new ticket with subject "refund request".

You are entitled to a full refund on a new order if all of the following apply:

Ace Proxies does not offer any refunds for sneaker proxies. We are not responsible for any potential bans, failures or problems that might occur during a release. The 3-day money back guarantee applies only for technical issues related to our proxy servers - for instance, down proxies. Also, please note that results from online proxy checkers and sneaker bots proxy checkers that list proxies as “BAD” , “DOWN” or “SLOW” are not taken into account since they are unreliable testing tools. The simplest way to test a proxy is by configuring it in your browser - more instructions can be found in our Help section.

Cancellation policy

If you have not selected automatically renew, we will not extend your plan unless you do it manually from your account or ask us to do so. If you selected the Auto-Renew (recurring) option when ordering the service you can cancel your plan at any time from your accound dashboard under the Management Actions section. If you have any trouble with this, please contact our customer services who can change this for you.

Refund TimeLine

We endeavor to process refunds within 3 days of a valid refund request. Usually this is done within hours if requested during weekdays. However payments may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card or payment provider.
