How to setup a proxy with Internet Explorer ( IE )?
- 1. Open Internet Explorer
- 2. Click “Tools” then go to Internet Options
- 3. Click Connections, then click LAN settings
- 4. Tick Use a proxy server for your LAN
- 5. Type the proxy server address in the Address box
- 6. Type the port in the Port box

How to setup a proxy with Mozilla Firefox?
- 1. Open Firefox
- 2. Click the Firefox Menu and go to Options
- 3. In the General panel, go to the Network Proxy section
- 4. Click on Settings
- 5. When the Connection Settings window opens tick Manual Proxy Configuration
- 6. If you’re using HTTP proxy type the proxy server address in the HTTP Proxy Field and the port number in the Port field
- 7. Tick “Use this Proxy server for all protocols”
- 8. If you’re using a SOCKS5 proxy type the proxy server address in the SOCKS Host field and the port number in the Port field right next to it. DO NOT tick “Use this proxy server for all protocols”

How to setup a proxy with Google Chrome?
- 1. Open Chrome
- 2. Click the "Customize and control Google Chrome" button on the toolbar and then select Settings.
- 3. Scroll down the list until you see the "Show advanced settings" link and then click on it.
- 4. Scroll further down the list until you see the Network settings, and then click the "Change proxy settings" button.
- 5. On the Internet Properties window, click on the "LAN settings" button.
- 6. In the LAN Settings, untick the box that says "Automatically detect settings." And then, in the Proxy Server section, click the checkbox to enable "Use a proxy server for your LAN"

Using proxies in standard windows 10 settings:- Open start menu (press WIN)
- Type 'Internet Options'
- Choose 'Connections' tab
- Open 'LAN Settings'
- Un-select 'Automatically detect settings'
- Select 'Use proxy server for your LAN'
- Select 'Bypass proxy server for local addresses'
- Type port and address in the appropriate fields
- Click OK
- Some applications might interfere with setting up the proxy settings - if that happens, look for a proxy/vpn related application and deactivate them.

- Type 'Manage Windows Credentials'
- Click 'add generic credential'
- Click 'add generic credential'
- Type proxy IP address without port or protocol
- Type in proxy username and password

- Not all applications will honor the credentials, some applications (like Chrome) will ask for credentials themselves
How to setup a proxy in Android?
- Open your device Settings app
- Tap 'Wi-Fi'
- Touch and hold the Wi-Fi network name
- Tap 'Modify' network
- Tap the down arrow next to 'Advanced options'
- Tap the down arrow next to 'Proxy'
- Select 'Manual' and enter your proxy IP and Port
- Check the 'Authenticate Server' option and enter the proxy username and password. If this option is not available, your browser will prompt you to input these values
- Tap 'Save'
How to setup a proxy on iPhone?
- Open your device Settings app and go to Wi-Fi
- Tap the name of the Wi-Fi network you are connected to
- Scroll to the bottom and you will find a section for 'HTTP Proxy'. This is set to 'Off' by default. Set it to 'Manual'
- In the server slot enter your proxy IP
- In the port slot enter your proxy port
- Toggle the Authentication to 'On'
- Enter your proxy username and password
- Note: if you need to change the proxy credentials you may encounter a bug in iOS proxy settings. Proxy username and password are cached by host name (proxy IP) and can't easily be changed. To over come this bug simply use a different host (proxy IP) every time you need to change credentials.

Refund Conditions?
We only offer refunds for technical issues with our proxies. We do not refund any order for the inability to use proxies on a specific program or service. Our service can also be tested before purchase in order to avoid potential incompatibilities.

- 2. Your account has not already been suspended by us for your breach of our Terms of Service;
- 3. You open a new ticket with subject "refund request" stating your proxy username and the reason for your cancelling the service;
- 4. You have used less than 100MB of bandwidth (data transfer - total of upload and download activity through the Proxy Service);

How to cancel your paypal subscription?

Ace Proxies reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Without limiting any other remedies, Ace Proxies may, without notice, and without refunding any fees suspend a User, or indefinitely suspend a User’s account privileges, terminate a User’s account, and prohibit access to the Services, if such User has breached these ToS or any other Ace Proxies’s policies, or has engaged in improper or fraudulent activity in connection with Ace Proxies, or has performed any other acts that may cause legal liability or financial loss to Ace Proxies’s Users or to Ace Proxies.
Service Restriction For SMTP/POP3/IMAP Mailing
Ace Proxies does not allow the usage of of our services for SMTP/POP3/IMAP Mailing under any circumstances and the ports for these services are closed.
My proxies aren't working, what should I do?
- 1. Check your proxy authentication and ensure you're using the correct username and password for User:Pass authentication or if you're using IP Whitelisting ensure you've authorized the IP of the device that's using the proxy. You can read more about it here.
- 2. Test the proxy on a web browser - configure it correctly and make sure you're using the appropriate proxy protocol (SOCKS/HTTP) according to your activity.
- 3. Use a proxy tester and test the proxy on Google.

Error 407
This error suggests that you are using IP authentication and the IP of the device you're using the proxies on is not whitelisted in our system. Log in to your account and auto-detect your device IP. You can find detailed instructions on how to authenticate your device IP here.
If your account is set to use IP authentication you won’t be able to use your proxies unless your IP is whitelisted in the client area.
Alternatively you can change your proxies authentication method to username and password.
