One 1 proxy package comes with a 3-day money back guarantee as long as the case meets the refund conditions here as stated in our Refund Policy. After that, all transactions are final –there will be no refunds. Our team at Ace Proxies endeavors to process the refund request within three working days. We may be able to process it within 24 hours when the request is made during weekdays. Please note that the payment may take up to 7 days to appear in your account as the duration of the transaction may depend on your bank, card, and payment provider.
