Refund Policy

When you avail of this plan, you enjoy a 3-day money back guarantee as long as the case meets the refund conditions here. After that all transactions are final –there will be no refunds. We process a valid refund request within 3 working days, but we may process it within 24 hours as long as it’s requested during weekdays. It may be noted however that the payment may take up to seven days to appear in your account depending on your card, bank, and payment provider.

You can cancel your plan at any time by simply contacting us. If you are not sure what proxies you are buying or what you need, we advise that you order our smallest package like our one proxy plan first to try the service out – you can always upgrade your plan later.

Prohibited Use of Proxy
